Tayeh is not about stopping.
It is about moving without knowing where the shore is.
The drawing is built around The Flying Dutchman, a ghost ship cursed to sail forever, never able to return home. It carries the feeling of wandering when the destination has disappeared, and all that remains is movement.
The spiral wave represents the restless sea. It shows how being lost can feel bigger than you, like something pulling you without asking. The ship placed on the wave represents a lack of control, the feeling of being carried by life before you fully understand where you are going.
This piece is for the person still searching.
Not because they are weak.
But because they are honest enough to admit that they have not found their place yet.
Being lost does not mean you have stopped.
Sometimes, it means you are still sailing.
